Tripoli: The Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba, renewed Libya’s support for legitimacy in Yemen, and everything that achieves security and stability for the Yemeni people.

This came during the phone call that Al-Dabaiba received on Sunday evening from Yemeni Prime Minister Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, during which congratulations were exchanged on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, and cooperation between the two countries was discussed.

According to the Prime Minister’s Media Office, visions were exchanged on local and regional developments, activating joint cooperation agreements between the two countries, opening horizons for new partnerships in the field of energy, and revitalizing Libyan investments in Yemen.

Minister of Transport Kamel Al-Wazir, received the new French Ambassador to Cairo, Ambassador Eric Chevalier, to discuss strengthening joint cooperation between the two sides in various fields of transportation.

Al-Wazir expressed the depth of relations between the political leadership and government of the two countries and the two friendly peoples, praising the fruitful and positive cooperation between the Egyptian Ministry of Transport and French companies in implementing giant projects on Egyptian soil in the fields of railways and subways.

The Minister also praised the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Transport in the field of managing and operating a number of transport projects, such as the French company RATP, which manages and operates the third line of the metro and the light electric train, and the CMA Company, which manages and operates the Tahya Misr multi-purpose station in the port of Alexandria.
