The State Council reviews early cancer detection services available to citizens.


The First Deputy President of the High Council of State, Dr. Masoud Obaid, accompanied by Council member Fatima Talwih, met today, Sunday, with the National Campaign for Early Detection of Cancer team at the Council’s headquarters.

The Information Office of the High Council of State stated that during the meeting, the early detection services available to citizens and the importance of cooperation with specialized centers were reviewed, in addition to discussing the work that has been implemented so far within the framework of the national program. Emphasis was also placed on the problems facing dialysis centers, such as the lack of medical and consulting staff.

The representative expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the campaign team, stressing his commitment to communicating with the competent authorities to solve these problems and overcome the difficulties facing the medical centers, according to the office.
