The Anti-Illegal Migration Agency in Benghazi deported 109 Sudanese and Chadian migrants.
The communication office of the agency said in a statement yesterday that the deportation included 62 Sudanese and 47 Chadian migrants from the Ganfouda Deportation Center to Kufra Center in preparation for their deportation to their country.
The agency stated that some of the deportees were suffering from contagious diseases such as hepatitis C-b and were caught through daily campaigns launched by the branch, and some of them were subject to security restrictions and deportation orders from the country.
The agency confirmed that these actions are carried out by the Benghazi branch to preserve the national and health security of the city.
