Abdullah Bin Zayed and Egyptian Foreign Minister Discuss Regional Developments

Abu dhabi: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, engaged in a telephone conversation with Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Egyptian Expatriates of the Arab Republic of Egypt, to address the latest regional developments and their implications for regional security and stability.

According to Emirates News Agency, the dialogue between the two ministers also covered regional and international efforts to bolster security and stability in the Middle East. These efforts aim to meet the aspirations of the region's peoples for development and prosperity.

The conversation further highlighted the strong fraternal relations between the United Arab Emirates and Egypt. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed praised the remarkable performance and results of the Egyptian national football team during its participation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which is currently taking place in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
