Ahmed bin Saeed Celebrates Graduates of 2025 Dubai Holding Development Programmes

Dubai: H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Holding, honoured the graduates of the 2025 cohort of Dubai Holding's national development programmes under 'Al Multaqa', the Group's platform for developing and advancing Emirati talent. The ceremony marked the graduation of 23 employees from Dubai Holding's graduate development programmes, including 'Leaders of Tomorrow', highlighting the Group's commitment to fostering a new generation of Emirati talent prepared to lead key economic sectors and contribute to Dubai's future goals.

According to Emirates News Agency, through the 'Leaders of Tomorrow' and other initiatives under 'Al Multaqa', Dubai Holding continues to invest in national human capital by offering integrated career pathways that combine hands-on experience, leadership development, and specialised learning opportunities. The ceremony was attended by notable figures including Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs; Amit Kaushal, Group CEO of Dubai Holding; and Malek Al Malek, Group CEO of Dubai Holding Asset Management, along with other senior leaders from the Group.

H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum emphasized the importance of national talent in the UAE's development journey, stating that investing in people yields the most significant impact. He reiterated Dubai Holding's commitment to providing an environment that allows Emirati talent to acquire the necessary expertise and leadership skills to shape future economic sectors and enhance Dubai's global standing. He acknowledged the graduates as integral to this long-term vision.

Amit Kaushal, Group CEO of Dubai Holding, expressed that developing leading institutions starts with cultivating the talent capable of leading them. Through 'Al Multaqa' and the 'Leaders of Tomorrow' programme, Dubai Holding is equipping Emirati talent with the knowledge and innovative mindset needed for success in the global business environment. The new cohort of graduates is prepared to contribute to the UAE's economic development journey and support the growth of the Group's businesses.

The 'Leaders of Tomorrow' programme is a structured 12-month experience, combining functional placements, senior mentorship, and strategic project exposure. It includes an eight-month PwC-led learning journey to equip graduates with practical, future-ready capabilities. The graduates come from various sectors within Dubai Holding, reflecting the career opportunities available across the Group's portfolio.

Through 'Al Multaqa', Dubai Holding has unified its UAE National development initiatives under a single framework, creating a structured approach to attracting, developing, and retaining Emirati talent. This platform supports Emiratis at every stage of their career, from entry-level positions to leadership roles.
