Authorities have formed a special investigation committee to determine the cause of a fire that broke out in two of the Aqaba Logistics Village's warehouses earlier on Wednesday. The fire did not cause any human casualties or injuries and the materials that were burned in the fire, which included tires, paper rolls, and salts used as fire extinguishers, do not pose a risk to public safety, according to a company statement. The results of the investigation will be announced at once when the committee wraps up its inquiry, it added, hailing authorities' swift response that helped contain the fire, preventing the blaze from spreading to neighboring warehouses.
