Beirut: The death toll from Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon has risen to 2,454 since 2nd March. Lebanon's Disaster Management Unit reported that the number of injured has reached 7,658.
According to Emirates News Agency, since a 10-day truce came into effect last Friday, relevant authorities and relief agencies have been working to recover bodies from under the rubble of buildings in areas that were subjected to intensive Israeli airstrikes.
