Dubai: Dubai Airports, renowned for operating the world's busiest international airport, Dubai International (DXB), and Dubai World Central - Al Maktoum International (DWC), is actively participating in Learning at Work Week 2025. This initiative involves a series of interactive sessions, workshops, and thought-leadership engagements under the theme 'Connect to Our Future'. The event underscores the organization's dedication to lifelong learning, innovation, and empowering its workforce to shape the future of aviation.
According to Emirates News Agency, the event, which is aligned with the Global Learning at Work Week and runs from 12 - 16 May, gathers industry experts, guest speakers, and employees from across the organization. The aim is to exchange insights and explore the evolving landscape of the travel industry. This year's Learning Week is the largest organized by Dubai Airports, featuring over 35 industry experts and thought-leaders, 20 dynamic sessions, and participation from 1000 employees.
A major highlight of the week is a fireside chat featuring Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports, and Issam Kazim, CEO of Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM). They will discuss the evolving guest experience and the power of collaboration in positioning Dubai as a leading global hub. Additionally, futurist and author Thomas Koulopoulos, a professor at Boston University, will share insights on the future of community and connectivity, focusing on 'giga trends' that will influence how we work, live, and play in the future.
