Dubai CDA Wins Two Regional Awards for Excellence in Customer Experience

Dubai: The Community Development Authority (CDA) in Dubai has garnered two prestigious awards at the Gulf Customer Experience Awards (GCXA), a prominent platform in the region that acknowledges pioneering initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and service excellence.

According to Emirates News Agency, this recognition underscores the Authority's commitment to crafting and delivering pioneering community services and initiatives that elevate societal wellbeing. The CDA's efforts contribute to establishing Dubai as a leading regional and global model for human-centred services.

The CDA was honoured with the Customer at the Heart of Everything Award for its Unified Volunteering Platform. This innovative digital ecosystem is designed to streamline volunteer work and boost community participation by providing a seamless and integrated volunteering journey. The platform efficiently connects volunteers with opportunities from various entities and simplifies access to volunteering services, promoting social responsibility and strengthening community cohesion.

In addition, the CDA received the Best Innovation in Customer Experience Award for its Dubai Weddings initiative. This initiative offers an integrated model to support Emirati citizens preparing for marriage by providing related services. It aids in fostering family stability and reducing financial burdens on young individuals, aligning with Dubai's vision of nurturing cohesive and resilient families as the foundation of a prosperous and sustainable society.

Hessa bint Essa Buhumaid, Director General of the CDA in Dubai, emphasized that this achievement highlights the Authority's success in developing community initiatives and services centred around people's needs, creating a sustainable social impact. She stated that the regional recognition illustrates the CDA's dedication to innovation and to strengthening partnerships across sectors to benefit the community.
