Joint Statement by US, 21 Nations Condemns Iranian Threats and Malign Actions

Washington: The United States of America, along with 21 other nations including the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada, has issued a joint statement condemning the threats and malign actions perpetrated by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Intelligence Organisation, Quds Force, and Ministry of Intelligence and Security. These actions have targeted regions across Europe, North America, and Australia, impacting Iranian dissidents, journalists, and Jewish and Israeli communities and interests.

According to Emirates News Agency, the joint statement emphasized the collective determination of these nations to safeguard their people and territories against such threats. It called for the immediate cessation of these malign activities by the Islamic Republic of Iran. The statement highlighted the longstanding and troubling relationship between Iranian security services and both international and local criminal groups, denouncing their use of such alliances as deplorable.

Furthermore, the statement condemned the recent surge of attacks across Europe aimed at Jewish communities, Iranian journalists, and U.S. interests. It underscored that any attempts to kill, kidnap, harass, intimidate, or attack individuals on their soil not only threaten national sovereignty but also violate international norms. The statement urged for these actions to be halted immediately.

The declaration also praised the ongoing efforts of various countries to counter these activities, affirming a united resolve to implement further measures to put an end to them.
