Egyptian Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala el-Saeed has said the National Project for Development of the Egyptian Family (NPDEF) is receiving unprecedented support from the political leadership due to its role in overseeing the population issue.

During a meeting to follow up on the work progress in NPDEF, the minister said the project includes an incentive programme to deal with population growth and improve the lives of citizens.
