Kuwait Army Intercepts Iranian Ballistic Missiles and UAVs

Abu dhabi: The Kuwaiti army has successfully engaged and intercepted a series of ballistic missiles and hostile unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) since early Friday, as reported by the army general staff.

According to Emirates News Agency, Spokesman for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense, Col. Saud Al-Atwan, stated that the Iranian aggression targeted several vital military facilities and camps within the country, resulting in injuries to several personnel of the Kuwaiti Ground Forces. The injured personnel received medical care and have been reported to be in stable condition.

Col. Al-Atwan further noted that several critical and civilian facilities, including a power and water desalination station, were targeted during the attacks. This led to a fire and caused damage to the station's facilities and electricity generation units. Additionally, shrapnel from the missile and UAV attacks fell in various locations throughout the country, causing material damage but no casualties.
