The Kuwaiti Constitutional Court on Wednesday turned down a challenge lodged against its earlier ruling that had annulled the 2022 National Assembly (parliament) elections.
The court decided in March that the parliament election, which took place in the country’s five constituencies in September 2022, was null and void.
