Kuwait PM congratulates Argentina on nat’l day

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah sent Thursday a cable of congratulations to the President of Argentina Alberto Fernandez on his country’s national day.
