Ministry of Interior Engages in 14th International Legal Forum in Russia

St. petersburg: A Ministry of Interior delegation, led by Brigadier Dr. Rashid Ali Al Nuaimi, Director-General of Police Justice, participated in the 14th International Legal Forum in St. Petersburg, Russia. The participation underscores the Ministry's commitment to engaging with international legal platforms, expanding partnerships, and maintaining awareness of developments in law and technology.

According to Emirates News Agency, the delegation met with Konstantin Chuychenko, Russia's Minister of Justice, on the sidelines of the forum. Chuychenko welcomed the Ministry's participation and emphasized the importance of ongoing involvement in future sessions to enhance bilateral cooperation and facilitate knowledge exchange.

The delegation attended several specialized sessions focused on recent advancements in international law and legislative frameworks addressing modern technologies. These sessions particularly emphasized artificial intelligence applications and international practices related to this field.

Additionally, the delegation explored security pavilions and engaged with representatives from smart solutions companies. These interactions aimed to identify potential areas for cooperation, understand their systems and offerings, and gain insights from their best practices and solutions.
