Abu Dhabi:Mubadala Investment Company and TARAF have announced a partnership with Kerzner International Holdings Limited to introduce a new collection of One&Only Private Residences on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi.
According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement was signed by key representatives of the involved companies during LIVEX 2026. This partnership combines Mubadala's development oversight of Al Maryah Island, TARAF's innovative design approach, and One&Only's renowned luxury hospitality expertise.
The development aims to enhance Al Maryah Island's residential and lifestyle offerings, providing residents with a unique living experience that includes direct access to the island's amenities and scenic views. The building will feature a 44-floor tower designed to maximize views of the Arabian Gulf and Abu Dhabi skyline.
At the core of the project is an elevated landscape and amenity destination that integrates gardens and social spaces, offering a retreat-like experience while connecting to the vibrant island environment. The residences will range from one- to three-bedroom homes to expansive duplexes and a penthouse, designed to balance luxury and everyday practicality.
