Dubai: Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has started the process of handing over 892 homes at Jebel Ali Village. This marks the beginning of a new chapter for residents moving into this new residential community.
According to Emirates News Agency, the development is anticipated to accommodate around 5,500 residents. Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, highlighted the historical significance of Jebel Ali Village, noting its strong community ties and lasting appeal. He stated that the new project aims to build upon this legacy by providing a modern, well-integrated community designed to meet the evolving needs of its residents. Residents will benefit from a range of amenities, including landscaped parks, open spaces, walking and cycling routes, sports facilities, children's play areas, a community pond, and swimming pools within each residential cluster. These features are designed to foster recreation, wellbeing, and community connections.
Further developments are planned, including a community center with retail options, a clubhouse, gym, padel courts, and event lawns. These additional amenities are part of the ongoing expansion of the community.
