Dubai: Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled the next phase of Palm Central Private Residences on Palm Jebel Ali, highlighting the enduring demand for premium beachfront living in the region.
According to Emirates News Agency, the latest phase introduces 222 residences across three low- to mid-rise buildings. This launch follows a strong market response to the initial release in October 2025, underscoring the appeal of this unique waterfront destination.
Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, emphasized Dubai's resilience and stability, supported by strong fundamentals and a long-term vision. He noted the sustained confidence reflected in the demand for Palm Jebel Ali, which is quickly becoming an important new waterfront destination on a global scale.
The Palm Jebel Ali masterplan includes a 9,000 sqm retail center and the Palm Jebel Ali Friday Mosque, capable of accommodating up to 1,000 worshippers. The development spans 13.4 kilometers, comprising seven interconnected islands and offering more than 90 kilometers of beachfront.
