Qatari Prime Minister Engages in Discussions on Regional De-escalation with Kuwaiti and German Counterparts

Abu dhabi: Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, engaged in discussions regarding the latest regional developments through separate telephone calls with Kuwait's Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah and Germany's Minister of Foreign Affairs Johann Wadephul.

According to Emirates News Agency, the discussions concentrated on ongoing diplomatic efforts and joint coordination aimed at de-escalating tensions and enhancing security and stability in the region.

The Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized the significance of all parties adhering to dialogue and diplomacy, as well as implementing the provisions agreed upon under the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran, including ensuring freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz to maintain regional security, safeguard the gains achieved, and reinforce regional stability.
