Saud bin Saqr Attends Central American Independence Day Celebration in Ras Al Khaimah

Ras al khaimah: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, attended a reception hosted by the embassies of Costa Rica, El Salvador, and Guatemala to the UAE to mark the 205th anniversary of the independence of the Central American countries. The event took place at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort and Spa, with the presence of Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade, and Sheikha Hissa bint Sultan Al Nahyan, Assistant Undersecretary for Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to Emirates News Agency, the reception was attended by the ambassadors of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico to the UAE, along with other ambassadors accredited to the UAE, senior officials, and members of the diplomatic missions of the three countries. Sheikh Saud emphasized the occasion as an opportunity to celebrate the history and national identity of Central American peoples, while also looking forward to a future built on cooperation.

H.H. Sheikh Saud reaffirmed the UAE's commitment to strengthening relations with Central American countries, extending congratulations and best wishes for continued progress and prosperity. The ambassadors expressed appreciation to Sheikh Saud for attending the celebration and reiterated their countries' interest in expanding cooperation with the UAE.

Ras Al Khaimah is hosting this celebration for the second year in a row, showcasing the deep relations and commitment to enhancing cooperation between the UAE and Central American nations.
