Ras al khaimah: H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, received Martina Strong, the United States Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, at the Saqr bin Mohammed City Palace. The meeting was held to mark the conclusion of Ambassador Strong’s tenure in the UAE.
According to Emirates News Agency, during the meeting, H.H. Sheikh Saud highlighted the significant bilateral relations between the UAE and the US. He reaffirmed the shared commitment of both nations to further enhance and expand these relations in a manner that serves mutual interests and benefits the peoples of both countries.
H.H. Sheikh Saud commended Ambassador Strong for her efforts in promoting cooperation across numerous sectors and expressed his best wishes for her future endeavors.
Ambassador Strong expressed her gratitude to the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah for his hospitality and warm reception. She also acknowledged the robust support she received during her time in the UAE and highlighted the country’s notable achievements in sustainable development, which have garnered international recognition.
