Three UAE Ministers Sworn Into Office Before President


Abu dhabi: Three ministers have taken their constitutional oaths to office before the UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court.



According to Emirates News Agency, the ceremony took place at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi. The ministers who were sworn in include His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh as Minister of Health and Prevention, Her Excellency Lana Zaki Nusseibeh as Minister of State, and His Excellency Saeed bin Mubarak Al Hajeri as Minister of State.



His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his best wishes to the newly inducted ministers, urging them to fulfill their national duties effectively and contribute to the UAE’s sustainable development, aligning with the aspirations of the country’s citizens.



His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum highlighted the UAE’s continuous progress due to its strategic investment in human capital. He noted that Emirati talent remains a driving force in advancing federal government initiatives and achieving the national vision across various sectors.



The ceremony was attended by several high-ranking officials, including H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence; H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance; and H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the Interior, among others.
