UAE President and Kuwaiti Emir Discuss Bilateral Cooperation During Fraternal Visit

Kuwait city: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, engaged in discussions to reinforce the fraternal ties between their nations, focusing on enhancing cooperation in development and economic sectors to support mutual interests and prosperity.

According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting took place at Bayan Palace during Sheikh Mohamed's fraternal visit to Kuwait. At the outset, the Emir of Kuwait expressed a warm welcome to the UAE President, and the leaders engaged in a cordial exchange that reflected the strong fraternal bonds between their countries.

The dialogue included an exchange of views on regional and international topics of shared concern, notably developments in the Middle East. Both leaders emphasized the significance of fortifying the foundations of stability and achieving lasting peace across the region, promoting the development and prosperity of its nations and peoples.

In honor of the visit, His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah hosted a luncheon for Sheikh Mohamed and his delegation. The UAE delegation included prominent figures such as His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Lieutenant General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, among others.

Kuwaiti officials present included His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, along with several Sheikhs, ministers, and senior officials.

As the visit concluded, the UAE President departed from Kuwait, with a farewell at the Amiri Airport from the Crown Prince of Kuwait and other dignitaries.
