Umm al qaiwain: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, received Martina Strong, the Ambassador of the United States of America to the UAE, at the Emiri Court on the occasion of the end of her tenure. The meeting included H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Deputy Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain.
According to Emirates News Agency, H.H. Sheikh Saud highlighted the strong ties between the UAE and the US, focusing on the dedication to further strengthening and expanding bilateral relations. He noted that these efforts are aimed at serving the mutual interests of the two countries and benefiting their citizens. He also commended the ambassador for her role in enhancing cooperation in various sectors during her tenure and extended his best wishes for her future endeavors.
The US Ambassador expressed her gratitude to the UAQ Ruler for his hospitality and warm reception. She acknowledged the robust support she received during her time in the UAE and remarked on the country's significant achievements in sustainable development, which have garnered international recognition.
The meeting was also attended by Sheikh Khalid bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Chairman of the Ruler's Court of Umm Al Qaiwain, along with several other Sheikhs.
