Unified Attestation Package Streamlines Ajman Government Services

Ajman:The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Ajman Chamber, and the Ajman Department of Finance have launched the Unified Attestation Package. This new initiative aims to streamline the issuance and attestation of documents provided by Ajman Chamber through an integrated process.

According to Emirates News Agency, the initiative simplifies the customer journey, removes unnecessary procedures, and aligns with the objectives of the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme. The package was introduced at the Thara Centre for Entrepreneurship, with notable attendees including Sheikha Hissa bint Sultan Al Nahyan, Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Salem Al Suwaidi, and Marwan Ahmed Al Ali, among others.

Sheikha Hissa bint Sultan Al Nahyan highlighted the importance of enhanced integration between federal and local entities, emphasizing how digital platforms reduce time and effort for customers while improving government service delivery. She stressed that the initiative aligns with the UAE Government's commitment to people-centric service design and supports the objectives of 'We the UAE 2031.'

Salem Al Suwaidi praised the Unified Attestation Package as a model of operational efficiency and government integration, noting its role in simplifying procedures and enhancing customer experiences. He emphasized that the activation of this package is a step towards an integrated, efficient government ecosystem that aligns with Ajman Vision 2030.

Marwan Ahmed Al Ali affirmed that this initiative strengthens government integration and leverages digital solutions to provide more efficient services. He explained that the package simplifies procedures through integration and data exchange, enhancing efficiency and security.

During the launch event, Mohammed Al Janahi detailed the improvements in document issuance and attestation processes, noting a significant reduction from six procedures and 15 steps to a unified digital process of just three procedures and steps. The event also included the signing of agreements and commemorative photographs of those involved in the initiative.
