استضافت المؤسسة الاوروبية لإدارة الجودة EFQM مؤتمرها الأول في الشرق الأوسط بعنوان “تحقيق مستقبل مستدام للشرق الأوسط من خلال التحول”

توقيع اتفاقيتين للشراكة مع مؤسسة الإمارات للخدمات الصحية (EHS) ومؤسسة كردستان للمعايرة

دبي، 30 مايو، اختتمت المؤسسة الأوروبية لإدارة الجودة EFQM مؤتمرها لأول في الشرق الأوسط بعنوان “تحقيق مستقبل مستدام للشرق الأوسط من خلال التحول” في فندق جراند حياة في دبي، حيث قام قادة الأعمال والتحول المؤسسي والتميز بمشاركة رؤيتهم وتجاربهم بحضور نخبة من الشركاء وكبار الشخصيات ورجال الأعمال، ووسائل الإعلام والمؤثرين.

وفي هذه المناسبة، قامت المؤسسة الأوروبية لإدارة الجودة EFQM بتوقيع اتفاقية تعاون وشراكة مع مؤسسة الإمارات للخدمات الصحية لتطوير جائزة التميز والجودة لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية، بالإضافة إلى برنامج تطوير القيادات لتعزيز وتطوير الاداء في قطاع الرعاية الصحية في إمارة دبي. وتم توقيع اتفاقية شراكة مع مؤسسة كردستان للمعايرة KAN حيث تخول الاتفاقية المؤسسة تقديم دورات تدريبية معتمدة من المؤسسة الاوروبية لإدارة الجودة باللغة الكردية. كما وقعت وزارة الثقافة السعودية اتفاقية العضوية مع EFQM في إطار خطة الوزارة لتحقيق التميز والريادة.

تم افتتاح المؤتمر برئاسة الدكتور بول ليتل، رئيس مجلس إدارة EFQM، وضم المؤتمر نخبة من المتحدثين المرموقين حيث شارك معالي اللواء فارس خلف المزروعي القائد العام لشرطة أبوظبي ومعالي سعيد محمد الطاير، العضو المنتدب الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي، وتم خلال المؤتمر تقديم عروض لمتحدثين وخبراء محليين واقليمين ودوليين في التميز، والابتكار، والاستدامة، والتحول، مثل الدكتور نادر صبري، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة TimeZ5 Global Inc. والسيد راسل لونغموير، الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة EFQM، وإسراء المبيضين، المديرة الاقليمية لمكتب EFQM في الشرق الأوسط بالإضافة للدكتور هزاع النعيمي المنسق العام لبرنامج دبي للتميز الحكومي، والدكتور ابراهيم الروابدة الرئيس التنفيذي لمركز الملك عبد الله الثاني للتميز والسيد اغناسيو بابو الرئيس التنفيذي لنادي اكسيلينسا.

وضمت الجلسات الحوارية ممثلين من الجهات الحكومية والخاصة مثل هيئة كهرباء ومياه دبي، هيئة الطرق والمواصلات، شرطة أبوظبي، شرطة دبي، جمارك دبي، شركة الكهرباء السعودية، أرامكو، وزارة الداخلية البحرين، أورانج الأردن، وهيئة الأشغال العامة في قطر وهيئة تنظيم الاتصالات والحكومة الرقمية.

EFQM hosted its 1st Middle East Summit “Achieving a Sustainable Future for The Middle East Through Transformation”

Two Strategic partnership agreements were signed with Emirates Health Services (EHS) and

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – African Media Agency – 1 June 2022 – EFQM concluded the first edition of its Middle East Summit “ACHIEVING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE FOR THE MIDDLE EAST THROUGH TRANSFORMATION.” at the Grand Hyatt hotel in Dubai, where Transformation and Excellence Business Leaders shared their vision and experiences with the presence of esteemed partners, VIPs, business leaders, media and influencers.

On this occasion, EFQM also signed two partnership agreements with prestigious organizations. The first agreement was signed with Emirate Health Services (EHS) to establish an Excellence and Quality Award for Healthcare Providers and a program for leadership development to enhance the performance of the healthcare sector in Dubai. The second agreement was with the Kurdistan Agency for Normalization to set up the agency as a partner to deliver EFQM courses in the Kurdish language.  The Ministry of Culture in Saudi Arabia signed a Diamond Membership agreement with EFQM to support the ministry in its journey toward excellence.

The summit promenaded different panels and keynote speakers featuring thought-provoking presentations such as Innovation, Sustainability, and Transformation by renowned personalities and entities such as HE Major General Fares Khalaf Al Mazroui, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dr Paul Little, EFQM Board Chairman, Dr Nader Sabry, CEO of timeZ5 Global Inc., and Mr Russell Longmuir, EFQM Chief Executive Officer, Eng.
