5.7-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Fiji Islands

Fiji: An earthquake measuring 5.7 on the Richter scale struck the Fiji islands on Wednesday in the South Pacific Ocean.

According to Emirates News Agency, the US Geological Survey (USGS) reported that the quake occurred at a depth of 576 kilometres.
