Abdulla Al Hamed Engages Arab Content Creators at Cannes Lions Festival


Cannes: Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Butti Al Hamed, Chairman of the National Media Office (NMO) and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UAE Media Council, engaged with several Arab content creators during the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity held in Cannes, France. The meeting was also attended by Dr. Jamal Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Director-General of the National Media Office.



According to Emirates News Agency, the discussion focused on the forthcoming BRIDGE Summit, set to occur in Abu Dhabi this December. This summit is envisioned as a global platform for enhancing media collaboration and developing an advanced media ecosystem that anticipates future trends. Al Hamed emphasized that the summit will provide a crucial space for engagement, knowledge exchange, and the creation of new media solutions aimed at amplifying the positive impact of content.



Al Hamed invited content creators to take an active role in the summit’s activities, highlighting their significant role in shaping public awareness and conveying creative messages to audiences across digital platforms. He noted that content creation has become an influential tool for building awareness and culture, playing a critical role in supporting sustainable development.



Furthermore, Al Hamed underscored the importance of producing content that reflects Arab culture and issues, with the goal of communicating these to global audiences. He particularly highlighted the aspirations of Arab youth for development and prosperity, stressing the need for content that resonates with these themes.
