Abu dhabi: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, conducted a series of phone calls with key officials and foreign ministers to discuss recent regional developments after the Iranian missile attacks on the UAE and other nations.
According to Emirates News Agency, Sheikh Abdullah reached out to Marko uric, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Yvette Cooper, Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the UK, Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Egypt, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain, and Nikos Dendias, Minister of National Defence of Greece. These conversations focused on the repercussions of the Iranian missile attacks, which have implications for regional and international security, and could impact global economic stability and energy security.
Sheikh Abdullah and the foreign ministers collectively condemned the Iranian actions and emphasized the right of the targeted countries to protect their sovereignty and security.
