London: Arada has commenced the pre-launch phase of 100 Avenue Road, a new residential development in the Swiss Cottage area, a short distance from Regent's Park and Hampstead Heath in North West London. Construction of the 172-apartment building is underway and expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2028. This marks the UAE-headquartered master developer's first foray into the London market following its acquisition of Regal, now rebranded as Arada London, in September 2025.
According to Emirates News Agency, 100 Avenue Road offers a blend of contemporary London living, combining Arada's design and lifestyle offerings from the UAE with Regal's expertise in delivering homes across the UK capital. Situated in NW3, the development is the tallest building in the Swiss Cottage, Hampstead, St Johns Wood, and Belsize Park area. It is located near notable hotspots such as Hampstead Village, Primrose Hill, and the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground, contributing to the area's cosmopolitan feel.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, highlighted the rarity of opportunities to buy into such an established neighbourhood where large-scale new developments are unusual. He emphasized that 100 Avenue Road is designed to offer a unique living experience, where design, amenity, and location come together. The development reflects Arada's mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable homes tailored for urban living across London.
Arada London continues to focus on delivering thoughtfully designed homes that cater to contemporary city living, with a pipeline of over 17,000 homes. As one of London's leading mixed-use developers, Arada London spans various sectors, including residential, student accommodation, workspace, and large-scale regeneration projects. It operates across the full lifecycle of the asset, from development and construction to design and asset management.
