Manama: Bahraini Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani discussed with his Danish counterpart Lars L¸kke Rasmussen the latest regional developments and the repercussions of the criminal Iranian attacks on the Kingdom.
According to Emirates News Agency, Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Al Zayani engaged in a telephone conversation with Rasmussen, focusing on the consequences of Iran's closure of the Strait of Hormuz on maritime navigation and international trade. The discussions also highlighted efforts to enhance regional security and stability, alongside exchanging views on issues of mutual interest.
The ministry further noted that Rasmussen expressed Denmark's solidarity with Bahrain in response to the Iranian attacks and the measures Bahrain is undertaking to maintain its security and stability.
