Abu dhabi: The Captains Holding, MENA's largest marine solution provider and a subsidiary of EasyLease, has partnered with Al Seer Marine to create an integrated maritime ecosystem in the UAE. The two companies, both subsidiaries of IHC, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on this significant initiative.
According to Emirates News Agency, the partnership aims to deliver a comprehensive maritime offering that includes vessel development, manufacturing, operations, and technical support. By leveraging their respective strengths, The Captains Holding and Al Seer Marine intend to redefine on-water experiences throughout the UAE and the broader MENA region. This effort will see The Captains Holding's extensive customer network combined with Al Seer Marine's expertise in boat design and manufacturing.
The partnership will begin with an initial pilot phase to evaluate performance and demand, guiding the development of a scalable platform across the region. Zaid Shouly, CEO of The Captains Holding, emphasized the transformative nature of the collaboration, noting that it is about reshaping the delivery and accessibility of maritime experiences to meet evolving customer demands.
Holger Schulte Hillen, COO of Al Seer Marine, expressed pride in the partnership, highlighting its potential to set a new standard for integrated maritime services in the UAE. He noted the combination of The Captains Holding's scale and Al Seer Marine's technical prowess as key to establishing a benchmark for the industry.
