El alamein: G5 Holding is set to participate in the El Alamein International Airshow at El Alamein International Airport in Egypt from September 8 to 10. The company will be part of the UAE Pavilion, a move aligned with its strategy to expand its presence in regional and international markets and strengthen partnerships in the defence, aviation, and advanced technology sectors.
According to Emirates News Agency, the airshow serves as a significant regional platform that attracts decision-makers, experts, and specialized companies from the aviation, defence, and space sectors. G5 Holding aims to leverage this opportunity to showcase its industrial capabilities, explore avenues for industrial and technological cooperation, and forge new partnerships across regional markets.
The significance of G5's participation is heightened by the airshow's location in Egypt, a strategic market and regional hub. This provides a gateway for engaging with partners and customers across Arab and African markets. Dr. Khalifa Murad Alblooshi, Managing Director of G5 Holding, emphasized that the event marks an important milestone in the company's strategy to expand its regional and international presence and strengthen partnerships across key sectors.
During the airshow, G5 Holding will display a range of its defence capabilities and products, including the Badr-250 light attack aircraft and the Badr-250T trainer aircraft. The B-250, making its first appearance at the El Alamein International Airshow, represents the first light attack aircraft designed, developed, and manufactured entirely in the UAE. Its presence at the event is expected to facilitate engagement with potential partners and customers in Egypt and regional markets.
Additionally, the company will showcase the Cobra multi-role unmanned vehicle, AlHeda missiles in four variants, the Mazyad 4x4 vehicle with an Alheda missile-launching system, the AlDeraa short-range air defence system, and the 8x8 Sweihan armoured vehicle. The exhibition will also highlight the Advanced Industries Division's capabilities in manufacturing parts, components, and sub-assemblies for diverse defence systems.
