Abu dhabi: A Japanese delegation headed by Matsumoto Katsuo, Vice President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), engaged in discussions with the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) to review its global initiatives and development efforts aimed at enhancing the quality of life in numerous countries.
According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting took place at the ERC's headquarters, where Ahmed Sari Al Mazrouei, the Secretary-General of ERC, welcomed Matsumoto Katsuo and his delegation. The discussions focused on potential areas of joint cooperation in the humanitarian and development sectors. Both parties explored future coordination possibilities concerning humanitarian aid and strategies to enhance its impact on communities affected by disasters and crises.
