Ras al khaimah: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has issued a decree for the formation of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Cultural and Sports Club and Emirates Club Company.
According to Emirates News Agency, the decree appoints Mahmoud Hassan Al Shamsi as Chairman of the Board. Eng. Ismail Hassan Al Blooshi will serve as the First Vice Chairman, while Ahmed Mohammed Shamlan Al Nuaimi takes the position of Second Vice Chairman.
The board membership will also include Dr. Taleb Mohammed Al Mandous, Dr. Jassim Mohammed Al Zaabi, and Dr. Fatima Ali Al Maamari. The decree is effective immediately from the date of issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
