SCC Regulates Expert Profession Before Judiciary Authorities

Sharjah: The Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) is set to convene its eighteenth and final session of the eleventh legislative term's third regular session on Thursday, June 11, at its headquarters in Sharjah. This crucial session will be chaired by Halima Humaid Al Owais, Speaker of the Council.

According to Emirates News Agency, the agenda for the session includes the ratification of the minutes from the seventeenth session, followed by a significant discussion on the draft law aimed at regulating the profession of expertise before judicial authorities in the Emirate of Sharjah for the year 2026. This discussion is expected to address key legislative measures that will impact the framework of expert professions in judicial settings within the emirate.

The session will witness the presence of prominent figures including Dr. Mansour Mohammed bin Nassar, Member of the SCC and Head of the Government of Sharjah's Legal Department, alongside his colleagues from the department. Also in attendance will be Sheikh Faisal bin Ali bin Abdullah Al Mualla, Secretary-General of the Judicial Council of the Emirate of Sharjah. Their participation underscores the importance of the legislative discussions and the collaborative effort to refine the regulatory landscape.
