The head of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Eng. Saad Amin Al-Jubouri, discussed with the Governor of Kirkuk, Rakan Al-Jubouri, efforts of cooperation and joint coordination in supporting and succeeding reconstruction plans for the liberated areas in Kirkuk Governorate.
The Governor of Kirkuk praised the efforts and cooperation of the Reconstruction Fund and its cadres with the governorate administration and its one team in implementing plans and projects for the liberated areas, stressing the need for the governorate and its liberated areas for more support due to the extent of damage and destruction that befell the liberated areas in Kirkuk governorate, in addition to the presence of 138 destroyed villages and sub-districts that need support and backup.
