UAE and Iraqi Supreme Courts Formalize Cooperation with MoU

Abu dhabi: The UAE Federal Supreme Court has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court, focusing on fostering partnership relations and enhancing collaboration. The agreement aims to facilitate the exchange of information and studies pertinent to legal and judicial matters between the two nations. According to Emirates News Agency, the MoU was formalized during the visit of an Iraqi judicial delegation to the UAE Federal Supreme Court's headquarters in Abu Dhabi. Signing the MoU were Mohammed Hamad Al Badi Al Dhaheri, President of the UAE Federal Supreme Court, and Mundher Ibrahim Hussein, President of the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court. The event featured a consultation session aimed at bolstering judicial and legal cooperation. Al Dhaheri underlined the significance of the Iraqi delegation's visit, noting it as a constructive step toward supporting and advancing the judicial and legal systems in both the UAE and Iraq.
