Abu dhabi: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan today welcomed participants of the First UAE Second-Tier Leadership Executive Programme in China. The programme was recently held under the theme 'Bridging Nations, Building Leaders.'
According to Emirates News Agency, during a meeting at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi, His Highness was informed about the programme's objectives, which aim to empower national talent and equip participants with skills for the future through exposure to global models and specialized expertise. This initiative aligns with the UAE's vision of fostering dialogue and cultural cooperation with other nations to achieve mutual benefit and prosperity.
His Highness expressed his appreciation for the organizing entities' efforts, highlighting the importance of such initiatives in preparing leaders who can enhance constructive engagement between the UAE and the broader global community.
The delegation conveyed its gratitude to the UAE leadership for its ongoing support in empowering national talent. They noted that the programme provided valuable insights into China's governance, innovation, sustainable economic development, education, technology, artificial intelligence, and creative industries. Participants stated that the programme improved their ability to contribute to future-focused sectors.
The meeting included several sheikhs, ministers, senior state officials, and guests.
