‫ شركة بريطانية تعلن عن زيادة بنسبة 72 في المائة في الاهتمام بالحصول على الجنسية الثانية من شمال إفريقيا

لندن، 4 يوليو 2021 /PRNewswire/ — اعلنت شركة مقرها لندن، متخصصة في تقديم المساعدة للعملاء الذين يسعون للحصول على الجنسية الثانية، عن ارتفاع نسبة الاهتمام بالحصول على الجنسية الثانية من المتقدمين من شمال إفريقيا. ارتفعت نسبة الاهتمام بمقدار 72 بالمائة تقريبًا في النصف الأول من عام 2021 وحده، مقارنة بالعام الماضي. جُمعت البيانات من ثلاث دول في شمال إفريقيا: ليبيا والمغرب والجزائر.

كانت الدولة المكونة من جزيرتين رائدة في مفهوم الجنسية عن طريق الاستثمار في عام 1984 وهي الآن معترف بها كعلامة تجارية Platinum Standard (بلاتينيوم ستاندرد) في الصناعة. وبموجب عرض محدد المدة، حتى نهاية عام 2021، يمكن لعائلة مكونة من أربعة أفراد الحصول على جنسية ثانية مقابل 150,000 دولار أمريكي من خلال مساهمة في Sustainable Growth Fund (صندوق النمو المستدام – SGF).

UAE becomes world’s most vaccinated nation against COVID-19: Bloomberg’s Vaccine Tracker

ABU DHABI, The United Arab Emirates leads the world, with enough vaccinations to cover 72.1 percent of its population and has overtaken Seychelles to become the world’s most vaccinated nation, according to Bloomberg’s Vaccine Tracker.

The UAE has so far administered 15.5 million doses, enough to cover 72.1 percent of its population based on a two-dose regimen. The UAE tests more people per capita than most nations and has one of the lowest fatality rates in the world.

In a statement, Abdul Rahman bin Mohammad bin Nasser Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention, said that this new global achievement adds to the country’s success and record of achievements in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, noting that it is an international recognition of the success of the National Vaccination Campaign, launched by the UAE, which is continuing to achieve its objectives.

“The proactive vision of the country’s leadership enabled us to address the challenges posed by COVID-19. Today, the UAE is the world’s most vaccinated country,” he added. He also highlighted the efforts of the national health sector, which is keen to provide diverse types of vaccines to all segments of the community, as well as the community’s awareness about the importance of being vaccinated.

Al Owais stressed that the National Vaccination Campaign is continuing in all emirates of the country, along with the adherence to relevant precautionary measures, which represent the foundations of the national efforts aimed at achieving recovery and ensuring the return to normalcy.

Medical teams and front-liners are working as one team, upon the directives of the UAE’s leadership, to achieve recovery from the pandemic, he added, affirming that the UAE is a unique global model of combating the COVID-19 pandemic, and has received widespread international appreciation, underscoring the community’s confidence in the procedures adopted by the UAE Government.

He also noted the importance of the community’s awareness of, and adherence to, precautionary measures to maintain the gains achieved by the country and protect its members.

Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee updates travel procedures for citizens and residents

ABU DHABI, Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee has updated travel procedures for citizens and residents of Abu Dhabi returning from travel abroad, effective from Monday, 5 July 2021.

Vaccinated travellers arriving from green list destinations must take a PCR test on arrival without the need to quarantine, and take a PCR test on day 6. When arriving from other destinations, they must take a PCR test on arrival, quarantine for seven days and take a PCR test on day 6.

The protocol applies to vaccinated UAE citizens and residents who received their second dose at least 28 days earlier, documented in the vaccine report on Alhosn app.

Unvaccinated citizens and residents arriving in Abu Dhabi from green list destinations must take a PCR test on arrival without the need to quarantine, and take a PCR test on days 6 and 12. When arriving from other destinations, they must take a PCR test on arrival, quarantine for 12 days and take another PCR test on day 11.

Statement by UAE General Civil Aviation Authority

ABU DHABI, The UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has issued the following statement: In response to remarks made by the Aviation Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria regarding the suspension of flights to and from the United Arab Emirates, the GCAA underlines that the UAE transport authorities are committed to upholding the highest standards of public health and safety in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The GCAA will continue to work tirelessly with its international counterparts to find ways to facilitate travel without compromising public health and safety, and in line with international aviation standards. In this respect, the GCAA looks forward to reviewing constructive responses from the relevant authorities in Nigeria, following the consultations held between the UAE embassy and Nigerian officials over recent months.

The UAE authorities, like those in every country, have made a number of difficult but necessary decisions throughout this pandemic to protect the health of those in the country. Over the course of the past 12 months, the UAE has introduced a variety of special measures to govern travel between the UAE and a number of countries. These measures have sometimes been tailored to the particular characteristics of certain areas, but they were always introduced with only one objective in mind: to ensure the health and wellbeing of citizens, residents, and visitors.

In some cases, the UAE has decided to restrict all or indirect travel from countries where the COVID-19 situation is especially concerning. This list of countries is subject to regular review and change. These decisions have been taken after reviewing the prevalence of concerning variants, the number of passengers arriving from each country who subsequently test positive for COVID-19, and the integrity of domestic testing facilities. At no point has the UAE ever given certain airlines exemptions from these measures.

The UAE government continues to coordinate with the Nigerian government and to closely monitor the current situation, and will proceed with updated measures that are in the best interests of the safety and well-being of citizens, resident, and visitors.
