Abu dhabi: The United Arab Emirates has condemned the terrorist attack on a military base in the Republic of Chad, resulting in numerous casualties among the armed forces.
According to Emirates News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) of the UAE issued a statement reiterating its condemnation of such acts and its rejection of violence, extremism, and terrorism that threaten security and stability. The Ministry extended condolences and sympathies to the victims' families, as well as to the government and people of Chad, and wished for the injured to recover quickly.
